Hi Everyone,

I cannot believe that we are now preparing for Christmas! We have now been in our new location for a 15 months already! Time certainly flies by.

If you have a look at our website there is now a subheading for facebook, which is updated every couple of days, so have a look at what we have been up to. 

We have really enjoyed our Crochet classes with Lona and have learnt so much. Some of the finished crochet projects are pictured on our website and facebook pages.  Our next Crochet date is October 31st 7-9pm.

We had a lovely demonstration day on world card making day in October. Geeta demonstrated her own design wooden block stamps hand carved in India. She used lots of different mediums, inks, paints etc...The results were amazing a truly talented lady. We have a range of her beautiful stamp designs for sale at the craft centre. We also now stock some Acrylic paints, blackboard paint, fabric ink pads and Aprons, bags, etc to stamp on great ideas for Christmas presents.

We have a Adult & child Halloween craft session On wednesday 29th October 2-3.30pm we will be making a Halloween decoration, using stamps, die-cuts & embellishments lots of gluing & sticking. Assist your child in their creativity. Adult & child £12 additional children £6 each to include refreshments.

We have the Alderbury guides coming back for a return visit to make some goodies for their Christmas sales table.

We have lots of lovely new Christmas stock in, new stamps from Little claire & woodware. New dies from Marianne, crafts too also new Christmas embossing folders.

Lots of lovely stampendous stamp sets,  New patterned wooden craft buttons with vintage owls,  birds and flowers on them.

On Wednesday mornings 10am -1pm we have crumpets, craft and coffee these are proving very popular it must be my homemade plum jam! A chance to make crafty friend’s and get lots of crafting done especially christmas gift making.

Here are some of the next classes:

Mon 27th oct 10.30-12.30 Fizzy moon christmas- make three quick cards, using stamps, stickers & embellishments from this range. Cost of class £13 to include a fizzy moon stamp.

Wed 29th Oct 10am-1pm Crumpets, craft & coffee. Bring a project to work on , a chance to spend time in crafty company and learn from others. £5

Wed 29th Oct 2pm-3.30 Halloween Adult & child craft session. Crft with your child to create a halloween decoration, using stamps, die-cut shapes & embellishments. Adult & child £12 additional children £6 each.

Frid 31st Oct 1pm-3pm Winter trees, using stamps we will create a couple of lovely cards using heat embossing technique. This all round stamp set will make cards to cover many occasions, mens, birthday, sympathy,christmas and more... £12

fri 31st Oct 7-9pm Crochet with lona. Suitable for beginners-advanced. Lona is an amazing tutor with lots of patience & experience. Tou will learn so much. £15

Sat 1st Nov 10am-3pm Drop in & craft- Spend the day in crafty company, share ideas, learn from each other. Work on your own projects, stay for a few hours or bring lunch if staying all day. Tea & coffee provided £1 per hour.

Wed 5th Nov 10AM-12 Parchment craft with Christine, a chance to learn about this amazing technique. Please bring any parchment, embossing tools you may have with you. £12

Wed 5th Nov 10am-1pm Coffee morning- Bring a project to work on, in crafty company. Tea, coffee & cake provided. £5
